Greenhouse Construction Process

The thermal energy of the film greenhouse is derived from sunlight radiant energy, which is radiated by sunlight during the day. The light is absorbed by the soil, walls, columns, back walls, back roofs and crops, raising the room temperature and converting sunlight energy into heat energy. This is the thermal conversion effect of the film greenhouse. The greenhouse heats up and dissipates heat during the day, but only dissipates heat and does not heat up at night.

The film greenhouse is a protected land facility with a long application life. During construction, a location that is sheltered from the wind and sunny, has fertile soil, convenient irrigation and drainage, and convenient transportation. The greenhouse is oriented in the north-south direction, extending the light receiving time, suitable for spring and autumn production. When constructing large-area greenhouses, the north-south spacing is 4-6m, and the east-west spacing is 2-2.5m, so as to facilitate ventilation and avoid shading.

The area of each film greenhouse is 500-1000 square meters, the general span is 8-12m, and the length is 60-100m. According to the local conditions and the performance of various types of greenhouses, choose the appropriate type of greenhouse. The building materials are made from local materials, which are strong and durable. Set up wind barriers on the northwest side of the greenhouse to reduce wind. Combined with greenhouse construction and supporting production, it can improve land utilization and economic benefits.
