Quality Polytunnel by DELITE, safe and durable greenhouses for all
Since 2016, we export batches of quality polytunnel to most demanding markets in the world. If you are looking for safe, reliable greenhouse kits that stand the test of time, DELITE is here for you.
What is a Quality polytunnel?
A quality polytunnel is a greenhouse kit that comes in intact packaging, includes all greenhouse parts and hardware, is easy to assemble, extends several seasons. In a word, polytunnel quality translate into user experience, performance and product service life. At DELITE, we understand the stakes of delivering good quality greenhouses. This is why, today, we proudly stand by our polytunnel greenhouses kits, that go through a multi-stage quality process.

Quality Greenhouses Program
This no magic if our kits sell well and get 4 stars ratings by end users.
DELITE enforces a 4 dimensions product quality program that we call DUMPI
At DELITE, we lay the foundation of good quality as early as in the greenhouse design phase. We prevent issues stemming from a mediocre design and engineering. We also take our clients and user feedback into account to improve, renew our greenhouse kits so they better fit market needs.

How we make high quality greenhouse kits
From product design to after-delivery, we follow our DUMPI program. This is how we build trust, by proof of quality in our products and services.
Design Review
Weak design creates weak products. We prevent that by involving our QC team early on in the process.
Our people review frame structure, material performance, and assembly. Quality Engineers check inventory for cover fitting, greenhouse parts, hardware and packaging before documents are validated for mass production.
We verify greenhouse frame and materials for compliance with load bearing properties such as wind load, snow load, and service life.
Checks are customized depending on greenhouse kits types and uses. It includes windows size for airflow to volume ratio, or additional truss pipe for vertical growing.
01
Material Control
A quality polytunnel must use materials that match agreed specifications, use condition and expected service life.
- We supply steel pipes from audited suppliers. Each batch of greenhouse pipe is checked for diameter, wall thickness, weld workmanship and galvanization thickness.
- All our greenhouse covers come from reputable agricultural film companies, and are checked against material type, density, cut size and transparency.
02
Manufacturing Accuracy
Each greenhouse manufacturing process is reviewed and monitored. Machine operators are responsible for sample checks. From pipe cutting, punching, bending, to tube swage we drastically reduce human error.
First Article Inspection allows us to spot workmanship defects upstream and avoid delivery delays. Because we assemble our greenhouses, we have an intimate knowledge of fittings and joints.
Covers cutting and sewing suffers no exception to the rule. Semi-automatic cutting tools and templates help us reduce margin of error, improving hothouse quality. Seam density, thread strength and workmanship are all part of multiple checks on the factory floor.
03
Packaging Checks
Getting the best out of packaging materials, whether it is resistance to damage, custom printing, or marking, is another critical mission for us.
The DUMPI quality program includes prevention and detection of packaging related defects such as: bad print, weak packaging, missing components or outdated print file.
We ensure that each quality polytunnel that ships complies with Client design files, and our own internal packaging standard. This includes box build, packaging material strength, box size, barcode, markings,…. There is a reason why we weight each box at packing stage.
Manual placement, hardware bags and private-label packaging are also part of our quality program. We understand that first impression during unboxing sets the foundation of a positive experience, and golden review.
04
Product Improvement
DELITE reviews feedback from clients, end users, sales records and return cases.
If a model receives repeated comments about tight assembly, weak carton edges, unclear instructions or poor cover fitting, we treat it as a priority product improvement.
We also take market shifts and trends into account when possible. Together with brands and wholesalers, we make slight but meaningful improvement to our quality greenhouses for sale. We aim to bring out new selling advantages that gives the edge to our clients.
05
Quality Polytunnel Process
Our DUMPi program is integrated throughout the whole production chain, as shown in the below infographic.
Each milestone has its own symbol and shows how comprehensive our greenhouse quality system aims to be.

This is the result of many years and efforts dedicated to prevent defects, make our operations more fluid and efficient. Each of our quality management decision is based on ISO9001:2015 standard.
Quality Greenhouse Kits put to the test
Because we want to empower greenhouse importers, we share extensively on how we test our greenhouse pipes for bending
We regularly test our materials, frame and components for performance. Because they are the backbone of quality greenhouse business.

Greenhouse Frame Quality
The greenhouse frame is the skeleton of the greenhouse. It is as strong as its weakest joint. We spare no efforts in building robust structures, while keeping it cost-efficient. Arches shape, connections, tube thickness and gauge are parameters that we thoroughly review. But we always cover the basics : no wobbly, unstable, or flimsy greenhouse frames with us.

Quality Greenhouse Kits FAQ
Q: What makes a quality polytunnel?
A: A quality polytunnel should arrive in good condition, include the correct frame tubes, cover, hardware, accessories and manual, assemble without unnecessary trouble, and meet its expected service life.
Q: How does DELITE check greenhouse frame quality?
A: DELITE checks steel pipe diameter, wall thickness, galvanized surface, cutting appearance, hole position, bending angle, swaging, welding and selected trial fitting. Burrs caused by cutting are smoothed out to reduce injury risk during assembly.
Q: How does DELITE check greenhouse covers and fabric?
A: DELITE checks material appearance, cutting size, sewing, seams, hot-air seaming when required, door and window position, zipper, ties, straps, fixing points and cover matching with the greenhouse frame.
Q: Why is packaging important for a quality polytunnel?
A: Packaging affects first impression, transport protection, warehouse handling, resale appearance and shipping cost. A missing manual, wrong label, weak carton or missing hardware bag can create complaints before the greenhouse is used.
Q: Can DELITE support private-label greenhouse kits?
A: Yes. DELITE can support private-label requirements such as carton printing, stickers, barcode labels, manuals, inserts, packaging layout and logo details on covers according to buyer requirements.
Q: Does DELITE support inspection before shipment?
A: Yes. DELITE can support random inspection, selected installation checks, accessory counting, product photos, videos, loading photos, test reports and third-party inspection according to order needs.
Q: How does DELITE help with after-sales problems?
A: DELITE helps by standardizing common parts where possible, keeping photographic evidence of selected packing and assembly tests, and supporting clients when they need to review complaints after delivery.
